Terms and Conditions
Customer obligations
- Providing water and electricity in all parts of the work site.
- The site is free of any other workers.
- The site must be free of construction waste such as: (blocks, cement, sand, paint buckets, etc.) and we do not provide the service of transporting them outside the site.
Service limits
- In any of the following cases:
- Lack of water, electricity, or any of the needs necessary to complete the work.
- The presence of other workers on site.
- The presence of construction waste on the site.
- The company provides the service as much as possible within one working day based on its discretion, and the amount paid is considered the value of the service provided. Accordingly, it disclaims responsibility and no review of the work is done.
Client responsibilities
- The customer is obligated to inform the service team if the item is not washable or is allergic to chemicals (detergents) or water.
Compensation policy
If traces or a change in the color, texture, or condition of the item appear without the customer informing the service team of the allergy of the item, the company will not bear any compensation for that.
Appointment policy
- The appointment can be postponed 48 hours before the appointment. It will not be postponed if less than 48 hours remain for the appointment.
- The advance payment for the service is non-refundable if the appointment is postponed less than 48 hours before the service.
Completion of the service
- The service is completed within one working day, and the passage of 24 hours after the end of the day to provide the service is considered approval by the client to receive the work site and complete the service and that there are no comments on it, and no complaints will be accepted after that.
- The company has the option to extend the work period for additional days, and the passage of 24 hours after the end of the last day of providing the service is considered approval by the client to receive the work site and complete the service and to have no comments on it, and no complaint will be accepted after that.
Furniture policy
- The team is committed to cleaning visible and public areas, and if the customer requests to move the furniture, he bears responsibility for any damage, God forbid.
Personal belongings
- Personal belongings inside the home are the client’s responsibility, and the team does not bear responsibility for their loss.
